Responsibilities: : a) Responsible for planning, organizing and controlling Store Department to meet the quality objectives of the company and in line with Company Quality Policy.
b) Monitor overall running of store, incoming and delivery of goods.
c) Monitor overall housekeeping and cleanliness of store and its compound.
d) Monitor on pest control schedule and etc.
e) Coordinate with purchasing department on incoming of goods include pallets, stretch films and etc.
f) Coordinate with sales department on delivery of goods and the allocation of goods.
g) Monitor on overall non-conformance issue for incoming and outgoing of goods.
h) Adhere to procedure and guideline pertaining to store.
i) Able to improve efficiency and effectiveness of store.
j) Execute store safety and housekeeping activities.
k) Undertake other job responsibilities assigned by superior.
